APASAS TRAVEL is a licensed travel agency operating in Türkiye and provides private tours, small group tours, and customized travel services across Türkiye.

2) Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability.

A booking is considered confirmed once written confirmation is sent by APASAS TRAVEL via e-mail or messaging platforms.

Full or partial payment may be required to confirm certain services.

3) Prices

All prices are quoted in the currency specified on the website or in correspondence.

Prices may change due to factors beyond our control such as fuel costs, entrance fees, taxes, or exchange rate fluctuations.

Once a booking is confirmed, the agreed price will not change unless requested by the client.

4) Payments

Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other agreed payment methods.

Any bank or transaction fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

5) Cancellation & Refund Policy
a) Tours & Day Trips

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the tour start time are fully refundable.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour start time are non-refundable.

No refunds will be given for no-shows or unused services.

b) Multi-Day Tours & Special Arrangements

Cancellation terms may vary depending on hotels, domestic flights, or special services included.

Specific cancellation conditions will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

6) Changes by the Customer

Any changes to confirmed bookings must be requested in writing.

Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

7) Changes by APASAS TRAVEL

APASAS TRAVEL reserves the right to modify itineraries due to operational reasons, weather conditions, safety concerns, or force majeure events, while maintaining the overall quality and value of the service.

8) Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers. APASAS TRAVEL is not responsible for any losses, damages, medical expenses, or delays not directly caused by our services.

9) Responsibility & Liability

APASAS TRAVEL acts as an intermediary between customers and service providers such as hotels, transportation companies, and guides.

We are not responsible for injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by third parties or circumstances beyond our control.

Participation in tours is at the customer’s own risk.

10) Health & Mobility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they are physically fit to participate in the booked tour. Any health conditions or mobility issues must be communicated prior to booking.

11) Force Majeure

APASAS TRAVEL shall not be held responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government actions, or transportation disruptions.

12) Intellectual Property

All content on www.apasastravel.com
, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of APASAS TRAVEL and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

13) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Turkish courts.
